Great to meet you!

I am a faith-based counselor who believes healing happens when we care for the whole person mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, valued, and supported without judgment. I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and spiritual struggles. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with Christian values and faith when it aligns with each client’s personal beliefs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in grace and understanding. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy while incorporating faith and biblical principles when desired by the client. I believe therapy should be a place where you can explore your emotions honestly, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen your sense of purpose and hope.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I will listen to your story, learn about your goals, and work with you to identify what support and healing might look like moving forward. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and take the first steps toward meaningful change.
