Leslee O’Neal

Hi! My name is Leslee. Over the past 14 years, I’ve counseled people of all ages, facing challenges or painful, unexpected events. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Texas Board approved LPC Supervisor for LPC Associates; a certified Grief Specialist; and a trained EMDR Clinician. As a Christian Therapist, I will meet you where you are on your journey. My hope is that we can explore and discover healthier ways to cope, gentler paths to cross, and deep inner healing.

I approach the counseling journey with a genuine interest in who you are, where you came from, and where you dream of going throughout your healing. Using Integrative Therapy, we can incorporate the process of setting healthy boundaries, effective communication skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR Therapy. This journey takes courage and vulnerability, but I know that trekking through the valley still has moments of humor and laughter. I look forward to meeting you!

My goal is to help you uncover strength and apply wisdom when approaching challenges or trials. I will help you uncover blessings, talents, and abilities and offer ways to incorporate that into your everyday living. Together, we can embrace the hope of a power beyond our own, which enables us to move outside our limited self-boundaries. I truly hope you leave the therapy process a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled person as you grow beyond your own expectations.
