Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe prioritizing our children's mental health is key to their happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 6 years and have experience working in various community mental health arenas as a practitioner and in schools as a social worker.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered, and strengths based. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 3-25. I strive to provide each and every one of my clients a space to learn, grow, and heal while feeling safe and empowered. I have experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, PTSD, mood disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, conduct related disorders, and developmental disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a warm, safe, genuine, and welcoming environment that will allow you and your child to feel comfortable sharing and exploring while also feeling secure. Sessions are filled with child centered play, art, bibliotherapy, music, and movement to ensure that your child can grow emotionally as well as gain greater emotional awareness, expression, and regulation all while staying engaged and having fun!
