Hello and welcome! My name is Lesley Eckhardt, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 25+ years of experience in mental health across all ages. I utilize a client-centered approach within a systems framework, allowing for personal and interpersonal insights and developing healthy cognitive and behavioral responses leading to personal growth, providing compassion and acceptance needed to break ties with beliefs that are holding you back.
I work with a wide range of issues including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Attachment, ADHD, Life Transitions, Parenting, Emerging Adulthood, and Multigenerational Dynamics. Working through delicate issues, I provide a safe, warm, and comforting environment to dive into the deepest wounds utilizing Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, incorporating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create a complete understanding of the functioning individual and how to create growth within the individual.
Our session offer space to explore and make mental shifts to create healthy thoughts and behavioral patterns and to gain greater insight into your emotions, thought, and behaviors, and learn new strategies to master self and navigate internal and external conflicts. We will work to resolve issues related to internal self, relationships, attachment, and past traumas that have created maladaptive cognitive and behavioral patterns and provide tools to become the best version of yourself.
