Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lesley and I specialize in child, young adults, and adults with depression/anxiety and other concerns - welcome to my practice!

Over the past 8 years, I've worked with diverse groups, including families, children, adolescents, and adults. My expertise spans ADHD, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, and more.

I utilize various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and DBT techniques, always prioritizing the best treatment approach for each client.

My approach to therapy

I engage clients in selecting the best treatment methods, blending techniques based on their situation. We discuss goals and create plans together, revisiting them throughout treatment to ensure effectiveness. I encourage clients to be honest about our approach and aim for success in a reasonable timeframe.

What you can expect from me

I tailor sessions to clients' immediate needs, while working toward overall goals. I'm flexible, addressing urgent concerns as they arise. I encourage clients to apply what we discuss between sessions, including "homework," to track progress. We start each session by reviewing progress and identifying areas for change. Using motivational interviewing, I confront behaviors and discuss barriers to change, fostering a collaborative environment.
