Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lesley, welcome, I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out takes courage, and just being here is an important first step. I’ve spent the past 15 years supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, challenging relationships, and major life transitions. You don’t have to go through it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you with honesty, kindness, and support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in humanistic psychology, which honors each person’s inner wisdom, resilience, and capacity for growth. I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches to support nervous system regulation, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful change. Rooted in trauma-informed, culturally respectful care, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to heal.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I’ll collaborate with you every step of the way, offering guidance and feedback tailored to your unique needs. My role is to create a steady, supportive space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I’ll help you find a pace that feels both safe and meaningful, while gently encouraging curiosity and growth. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life and relationships.
