I desire to work alongside her clients to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships, and reaching their personal goals. My intensive clinical training and therapeutic skills help many people navigate through life’s inherent up and downs, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Coping Skills Development with a Solution-Focused approach. Lesley is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and Canine Therapy. I have Registered Therapy Dog named Teddy who has been working alongside of me for 7 years. Teddy loves working with people and brings joy to most everyone he encounters. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my kids and dogs. I enjoy exploring the coastline with my family and traveling any opportunity I get.
