I provide psychotherapy to young adults and adults navigating a broad range of challenges. My trauma informed and multicultural focus in treatment is understanding you as a whole person. I believe this includes many domains of life including family, social, career/academic, intimate relationships, spirituality and more.

I specialize in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as trauma history, relationship issues, undergraduate and graduate school issues and career counseling.

I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together to develop a clear understanding of your concern, explore what changes are possible, provide you with psychoeducation and specific skills, and closely monitor your progress toward your goals.

I offer a safe, inclusive and judgement free space to open up and work through areas of your life where you may feel you need help and I utilize an approach that is catered to your needs.
