Great to meet you!

Many of the adults I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or the feeling that they've spent years adapting and still don't feel like themselves. I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence, and it’s work I care about deeply.

I believe real change happens when insight is paired with action.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on ACT, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy. Some sessions are more practical and skill focused, particularly when working through anxiety or executive functioning challenges. Others go deeper, exploring relational patterns, attachment, and questions about identity and self-concept. I pay attention to both cognitive patterns and nervous system responses, so we can understand not just what you think but how your body carries stress and emotion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping for. You won't be expected to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels manageable. The first session is about clarity and fit.
