I have a special interest specializing in treating those with eating disorders and currently am a clinical director for an eating disorder program. During my experience as a therapist I have worked in different levels of care including, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient. I incorporate different evidence based treatment models into my practice, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, and body image.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a nurturing environment for individuals to feel safe exploring their thoughts and feelings. I provide client’s with the tools and resources they need to improve their overall wellbeing so they can live their lives to the fullest and accomplish their goals. I incorporate strengths-based interventions that facilitate change. I am excited to work with you!
