Great to meet you!

Congratulations for taking the first step towards managing your mental health and living a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to navigate this process and join you on your journey. I am a licensed PhD psychologist who has been in the field for 30 years. Growth and change is exciting, so let's get started! *I am in-network with the following health insurance companies: Aetna, BCBS, UHC, Optum, and UMR. Feel free to email me directly to inquire about services at [email protected]

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so we will work together to accomplish the goals you have in mind. I am a warm and compassionate person, who will genuinely connect with you. After all, the therapeutic relationship is a necessary foundation for change to happen. Some areas of specialization include: grief/loss, anxiety/stress, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, life transitions, and adjustment to challenges encountered in every day life.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, I will listen empathically to what brings you to therapy. Goals for treatment are identified and discussed, which will be reviewed during your care. I actively participate in sessions, and provide you with relevant feedback. I would describe my vibe as engaging, friendly, and down to earth, as opposed to sterile and formal.
