Great to meet you!

I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll work to heal from past experiences, strengthen self-love, and build coping strategies that genuinely fit your life. We may explore patterns that no longer serve you, unlearn survival strategies that have become exhausting, and practice new skills for boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation. I’m particularly skilled in helping clients navigate mood disorders, attachment challenges, and major life transitions. In sessions, you can expect a grounded mix of empathy, practical tools, and gentle challenges that foster clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience—so you can feel more present, connected, and capable in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first therapy session, expect to discuss your background, symptoms, and what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your situation. It's also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me as your therapist and to discuss your goals for therapy.

I understand My commitment is to provide care that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to your lived experience.

Therapy with me is both reflective and actionable. You’ll leave sessions with insights and doable next steps—whether that’s a journaling prompt, a communication script, a grounding practice, or a boundary to try. Over time, clients often notice more emotional steadiness, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of agency and self-trust.
