Great to meet you!

Life changes happen, and even if they are expected, the result can feel unsettling. Whether it's a health issue, job or family role change, you deserve someone you can trust to help you find new ground. Working with someone in a therapeutic relationship that is focused on what is important to you can be powerful and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I help clients process their trauma, life transitions and relational trauma and grief. My approach is interpersonal as I align with you to process your traumatic experiences while exploring your values, strengths and passions. When you are willing to take action, you are saying yes to yourself and your own life while no longer accepting less from others.

What you can expect from me

My clients recognize perspectives that support them in achieving their goals. They tell me that they feel lighter, enjoy a useful and empowering clarity in living day to day and recognizing their own accomplishments. Give me a call to get introduced and see if we can take these next steps together.
