Leslie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and provides professional counseling to those in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, and Oklahoma. She worked at a higher level of care PHP and IOP providing individual/group counseling and family sessions. She supports emerging adults and adults of diverse populations that live with varying levels of depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and struggle with life transitions and challenges.
To best meet the needs of each individual, she uses evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Leslie’s goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment for individuals to safely explore behaviors, thoughts, and emotions and the impacts they have on daily life. Her goal is for each individual to feel self-empowered to use skills learned for day to day and life challenges.
