Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who others rely on—at work, in relationships, or within their families. From the outside things may appear manageable, but internally they often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. You may find yourself overthinking conversations, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while your own take a back seat.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, stress and burnout, and relationship challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns such as people-pleasing, overthinking, or difficulty communicating their needs. As a veteran, I have a strong interest in working with other veterans and understand the unique challenges of military and post-service life, including stress, transition, and the impact on relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients better understand their patterns, manage anxiety and stress, and develop healthier ways of navigating relationships and life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Therapy offers space to gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, better equipped to handle stress, and more confident in your relationships and decisions. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Over time, many begin to feel more confident setting boundaries, managing anxiety, and navigating relationships in ways that feel healthier and more sustainable.
