Great to meet you!

If you're looking for therapy that goes beneath the surface, one that takes seriously not just your symptoms, but your story, your relationships, and who you are becoming, this might be the space you've been looking for. A place to slow down, sit with what feels difficult or unclear, and begin making sense of it. Whether that's something you've carried for a long time, experiences you haven't fully processed, or simply a quiet sense that something needs to shift, I would welcome the opportunity to connect! Over the past 15 years I have worked with adults across community mental health and private practice settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns including traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, grief, legal system involvement, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll get curious about the patterns that show up in your emotions, relationships, and responses to stress. Where did they come from, and what are they telling you? The past has a way of quietly shaping the present, and part of the work is learning to see it more clearly. We'll pay attention to how you experience yourself in relation to others, how you express your needs, and the stories you carry about who you are. I work with the full complexity of each person's history and identity, and I hold it with care. Over time, many people find they can meet difficult emotions with greater ease, communicate more openly, and build connections that feel genuinely meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, a chance to share what's bringing you in and what you're looking for. There's no set agenda or pressure to have it all figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels right, begin to get a sense of your experience, and leave room to make sure it feels like the right fit for you.
