Hi! I work with individuals (18+) who are feeling stuck, are unable to create healthy, loving relationships and those that are trying to work through past trauma and childhood issues. Many of my clients struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. My training in early childhood mental health, helped me form an understanding of the importance of our early relationships and experiences to how we see ourselves, how we are in relationships and how we respond to adversity.

I’m easy going and supportive, yet direct and willing to challenge when needed. I create a space where my clients feel important, seen, and heard. My specialities are childhood trauma, anxiety, toxic relationships, and sexual trauma. I use EMDR, DBT, and CBT along with mindfulness to support you in your healing process.

Through our work together, you will learn to set emotional boundaries and develop awareness of your needs. You will feel more confident in saying "no" and less guilt. We'll also explore how early childhood experiences have impacted you and how to no longer have these experiences hold you back from becoming the person you've wanted to be.
