Hi! I have a private practice that is warm, welcoming and engaging. I have a Masters, and doctorate in clinical psychology and am also a Registered Nurse.I have a strong background in individuals, and family work. I am only seeing individuals, no couples.
My approach to therapy is to spend some time in discovering why the client is feeling unhappy, anxious or having relational issues. We work collaboratively to find solutions and to form new habits.
Clients can expect to have positive outcomes, to feel hopeful and to have developed skills to last a lifetime.
