Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with advanced training in trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation. I’m also an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultant, which means I help both clients and other therapists navigate the deep work of trauma healing. I specialize in working with women and men who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, or past experiences that feel “stuck” in the body or mind. Therapy can feel intimidating, but you’ve already taken the most important step by being here.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapyI believe therapy should be both grounding and transformative. I use EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches to help you move through what’s been holding you back and reconnect with your sense of safety, clarity, and strength. You don’t have to relive every detail of your trauma to heal — we’ll work at a pace that’s right for your nervous system and goals. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and compassion as you shift from surviving to truly thriving.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session. Our first session is a chance for you to share your story, your goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in past therapy experiences. I’ll ask some questions to get a full picture of what brings you in, and we’ll explore how we can partner together in your healing. My goal is to make sure you feel safe, seen, and supported from day one.
