Great to meet you!

Finding the right provider can make all the difference. I’m a nurse practitioner with a background caring for both children and adults, including experience in pediatrics, adult ICU care, and outpatient psychiatry. I work with clients across the lifespan and have a special interest in ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I value genuine connection and believe effective care starts with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and aligns with your goals. I believe you should feel like an active participant in your care, not simply a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brought you in. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to change. You’ll have space to ask questions and share what feels important to you. Most importantly, you can expect to feel listened to without judgment. We’ll leave the first session with a clearer understanding of your needs and a plan for moving forward together.
