I am a board certified adult psychiatric nurse practitioner with 16 years of experience in medication management. My specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep disorders and more. I treat patients 18 years and older and see patients in person at my quiet office suite as well as through online telehealth. Please note that I am no longer prescribing stimulant medications for ADHD (Adderall, Vyvanse, methylphenidate, etc).

My approach to therapy

I provide an integrative approach to treatment including expertise in medication management, pharmacogenetic testing, and additional vitamin supplement recommendations for optimal mental health.
