Are you struggling with sadness, hopelessness, excessive worries, low motivation? Are you worried about not being able to find a light at the end of the tunnel? Is your past preventing you from living in the present and focusing on the future? There is hope for you and together we can embark on the path of healing. I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed professional counselor.

My professional experience includes a variety of settings from in-home, school counseling, to outpatient and now private practice. Have worked with individuals with multi-ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Have experience working with trauma, life transitions, acculturation, grief, career counseling, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in providing a safe and empathic environment where individuals feel heard, validated and can develop strategies that help with symptom management and navigating life. My therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma incident reduction (TIR), solution-focus and motivational interviewing (MI).
