Great to meet you!

Do you feel weighed down by stress, sadness, or constant worry? Maybe past experiences keep resurfacing, making it hard to enjoy the present or plan for the future. You might feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, grief, or uncertainty, unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients share these struggles—they want relief from anxiety, trauma, or depression, and reassurance that they don’t have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

I’m a bilingual (Spanish & English) therapist with experience in schools, in-home services, outpatient care & private practice. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and manage anxiety/depression. Together, we’ll build practical coping tools you can use while also addressing deeper patterns that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy takes courage & is a true sign of strength. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you process the past, discover your strengths, & build a future with clarity & confidence. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress—and you deserve that progress. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you.
