Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying everything alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and work through anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, and emotional burnout with clarity and care. I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative, structured, and supportive therapeutic process that is tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and life experiences. At the beginning of treatment, we work together to identify clear and meaningful goals that reflect what the client hopes to change, improve, or better understand.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP), mindfulness, play therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to support healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and grounded in helping you feel at ease as you begin your therapeutic journey. The purpose of this initial appointment is not to overwhelm you or address everything at once, but to begin building a foundation of understanding, trust, and collaboration.
