After two decades in corporate America, I’ve chosen to follow my true passion: helping people navigate life’s challenges as a therapist. While my corporate career offered growth and valuable experiences, I always felt drawn to a more meaningful path—one where I could make a deeper, personal impact. Now, I’m excited to apply the skills I’ve developed in a way that supports individuals in their healing and personal growth.

My mission is to ensure each client feels heard, while fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust and positive change. I understand that life’s challenges often extend beyond daily stress, which is why I explore each client’s cultural background, social experiences, and worldview to tailor our work together. This approach allows us to develop practical strategies that promote holistic improvement.

Toward the end, we’ll review the next steps and schedule follow-up sessions to continue working on your goals together.
