Hi, fellow Alaskans. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who understands the unique realities of accessing care living in the 49th state.

I provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy via tele-health to help promote access to care.

I specialize treating mental health disorders across the lifespan but specialize in adults with a wide variety of symptoms.

I hold certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), supporting individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. As the wife of a veteran, I enjoy working with first-responders and military/veterans. I've had additional, extensive training and experience in OCD, ADHD and a variety of mood disorders.

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, I provide care that is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs. My approach emphasizes personalized, compassionate care that supports each patient’s goals, strengths, and overall well-being.

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care. Each session is focused on collaboration — patients leave with a clear understanding of their individualized treatment plan, next steps, and practical tools to support progress between visits.
