Leslie Luttrell

I bring a unique blend of experience to my work, with a background in Special Education, School Counseling, and behavioral health across inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings. These roles have given me a deep appreciation for the challenges we face as humans, the resilience we carry, and the stories that shape our identities. More importantly, they’ve fueled my passion for helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with their sense of self and direction. My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Education from Kansas State University, a Master's in Education from UTA, and a Master's in Counseling from Le Tourneau University.

I offer a non-judgmental, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in trauma therapy for adults and teens, single-incident and complex, helping reduce symptoms (depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship strain, sleep and concentration/memory problems) with evidence-based tools to restore safety and resilience. I'm also passionate about supporting caregivers of children with ADHD, both as someone with ADHD and as a parent of a child with ADHD, I understand the many layers beyond hyperactivity.

In our first session, you can expect a warm, easy-going conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your goals, the challenges you're facing, and what feeling "better" looks like for you. You're welcome to share only what you feel comfortable sharing. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, supported and hopeful about the path ahead.
