Great to meet you!

¡Hola! Welcome! I'm Leslie and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to people of color. I help people stay grounded, resilient, and connected to themselves even when the world feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming.

As a first-gen, daughter of migrants, bilingual therapist, I bring a helpful perspective to the table, deeply understanding the cultural nuances that shape our lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, inviting, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, uncovering the strengths you already possess and building new skills to navigate life’s hurdles.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to be all serious business - we’ll share a laugh or two along the way!
