I'm a licensed psychologist with 15+ years of experience working with neurodiverse people. I've worked in schools, community-based mental health programs, private practices, and more. I'm licensed in NJ and have PSYPACT authorization, which allows me to provide telepsychology in most states.
I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients accept who they really are, figure out what they really value in life, and commit to action that aligns their deep inner knowing with their daily lives. You aren't alone. You aren't broken. My private practice, Neuroacceptance, helps neurodiverse folks see what's RIGHT (true, real, unmasked) in themselves, which isn't necessarily what "fits in."
