I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I have worked in schools, and community organizations with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, suicidal ideation, grief and loss, parenting issues, relationship conflicts and anxiety. My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and straightforward. I believe it is important to listen and build trust with each person I work with.

I practice an integrative approach to therapy that draws upon multiple theoretical orientations and techniques, making for a more flexible and collaborative environment to support a diverse population from children to adults focusing on your specific cultural and individual needs.
