My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach in my work. She typically draws from interpersonal, psychodynamic, CBT, trauma-informed approaches and internal family systems. I have developed a skillset for working with clients who are navigating issues related to grief, loss and identity development.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with my clients to develop measurable goals which work for them. Our first few sessions will be getting to know you and the details surrounding your reason for seeking therapy. In understanding this, I will work with you to create objectives that will enable you to attain your main goals.
