Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience. I feel privileged to walk alongside people during some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. I want my clients to feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable being their authentic selves. I especially enjoy supporting women through transitions in parenthood, relationships, career, health, and the many seasons of life that can leave us wondering, “What now?”

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you know yourself and your story better than anyone, and I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment. Together, we’ll build on the strengths you already have while exploring new perspectives and possibilities. I incorporate CBT and relational approaches to help you develop insight, practical tools, and greater confidence in navigating life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and have a conversation about what has been happening in your life and what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out. We’ll take it at your pace, get to know one another, and talk about what you hope will feel different. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the possibility of change.
