Hello & welcome! My name is Leslie and I'm a clinical social worker who is passionate about teaching clients to slow down, prioritize your own experience, restore connection between mind & body, and embrace paradox. The perspectives and practices anchored in these values will enable you to ground anxiety, get unstuck from harmful patterns, cultivate more authentic relationships (with others as well as your neuro-spicy self), and ultimately create a life of greater purpose and fulfillment.

My approach integrates Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy with Buddhist influences, and Gestalt, an embodied and experiential process of making "good contact." I love helping clients understand their needs and learn to provide for them generously through mindful awareness, clear communication, and unconditional self-support.
