I graduated from Denison University with a bachelors in psychology, then received my masters in social work from The Ohio State University in 1993. Over the course of my career, I have worked in community mental health (providing emergency services, crisis intervention, individual, group and couples therapy), in private practice (specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and co-facilitating IOP in an outpatient setting (providing education, new coping skills and strategies).
