Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors. I’ve supported clients across outpatient, emergency, and intensive outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can bring both hope and uncertainty. My role is to partner with you in understanding yourself, clarifying what matters, and working toward meaningful, realistic change. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on balancing acceptance and change while building practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, and stress. I also integrate CBT, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor our work to your needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I aim to meet you where you are and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and without judgment. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and begin setting goals and a treatment plan that feel right for you.
