Great to meet you!

I am very passionate about working in the mental health field and help my clients discover their passions, inspirations, and purpose in life through a very compassionate, human centered, and mindfulness based approach. I think that taking the first step to begin the therapeutic journey takes so much courage and I love to support my clients through this process. I believe that we all have gifts and strengths that can be cultivated through the therapeutic process and through a client-centered approach. I feel that safety, trust, unconditional positive regard, and non-judgment are core components of the therapeutic relationship with my clients. I strive to meet my clients “where they are at” in their life journey and provide guidance to navigate through life's challenges, successes, and create goals collaboratively to achieve in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I also utilize the modalities of DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy to support my clients gain tools for emotional regulation, improved self-esteem, develop assertive communication and healthy boundaries within relationships, and connect to the essence of who they are as individuals.
