I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I have worked in various clinical settings including but not limited to in-home, community, private practice and outpatient settings. As a Counselor, I have several years of experience providing counseling services to individuals with varying ages and diagnoses.
I specialize in Trauma processing, Anxiety, Stress Management, Self-esteem concerns, and Relationship issues. I describe my practice as one that is built upon the belief that people begin to heal at the moment, they feel heard.
During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps strengthen your foundation and bring about stability.
I would be remised if I did not mention that my personal history has cemented this belief and led me on my own journey toward healing. This has placed me in this position to help others on their journey. I believe my ability to connect with clients is universal. I work to empower others to become more comfortable with accountability, vulnerability & progress
