Counseling and therapy services should be approached as a collaborative effort between the counselor and client with the purpose of establishing and achieving goals mutually agreed upon. The goal is seeking to help the client address, resolve, and cope with issues that are affecting their wellness and ability to thrive in life. I work with clients who are experiencing life stressors that are causing distress in their lives that require therapeutic interventions and specified therapy approaches.

I specialize in working with adults with an array of mental health and adjustment issues including: Depression, Trauma, Mood/Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Family Conflict/Dysfunction. My therapy style is culturally responsive, solution-focused, and incorporates compassion and empathy to address life stressors.

Life can be hard and seem unfair at times. I am a Parent, Educator, Counselor, Family Member, Friend, and Partner. I have lived through grief, trauma, failure, and disappointment.
