Great to meet you!

My background is in both education and mental health, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in a variety of settings. I’ve worked as a school mental health counselor and social worker, walking alongside students and families through both challenges and successes. I’ve also spent time in mental health hospitals as a therapist, and more recently, as a trauma-informed counselor supporting children in the foster care system. These experiences have deepened my passion for creating a safe, compassionate space where people feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and support your unique needs. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Play Therapy. By blending these approaches, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can take place.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, my priority is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and stress without judgment. I approach each session with compassion and flexibility, tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. When working with children, I focus on building trust through connection and play—meeting them at their level so they feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. No matter your age or background, my goal is to walk alongside you with care as you move toward healing and growth.
