Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 7 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, work through challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I primarily work with women who are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode internally. Many of my clients are navigating major life transitions, such as the end of a relationship, career changes, or shifts in identity, and are looking to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and find a stronger sense of direction and purpose.

My background includes working with anxiety, childhood trauma, self-doubt, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship challenges. I also work with a small number of men, particularly those navigating stress, anxiety, and relationship concerns, and who are open to gaining insight and improving how they show up in their lives and partnerships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself, not just manage symptoms. I tailor each session to your unique needs, blending practical tools with deeper insight so you can create meaningful and lasting change.

I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support both emotional regulation and self-understanding. This means we’ll not only work on managing anxiety, stress, or overwhelm in the moment, but also explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned and intentional.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, relaxed space where we begin exploring what’s been bringing you to therapy and what you’ve been navigating in your life.

We’ll talk about what’s been feeling most overwhelming or challenging, as well as what you’re hoping will feel different moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, this is a space to start where you are. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and more at ease, while also beginning to identify patterns, gain insight, and create a clear direction for our work together.

You may leave the first session with a greater sense of clarity, some initial tools or perspectives, and a better understanding of how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.
