Great to meet you!

How can I help?

I am a Licensed Professional counselor in the state of Texas as well as a Certified School Counselor. My previous experience in education allows me to work comfortably with clients across all age groups. I offer assistance for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, clinical depression, complex grief and loss, as well as managing symptoms related to ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you grow to where you'd like to be. Some techniques I use in therapy may involve the use of art, mindfulness, or writing. I will collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates techniques you are comfortable with while also gently encouraging you to confront challenges, as every individual's needs are unique.

What you can expect from me

I believe the most important step to beginning our therapeutic relationship is to establish trust. I am committed to providing an environment that fosters a sense of safety and encouragement. Know that when you 'enter my office', you gain an advocate that will support you on this new journey.
