Great to meet you!

I support my clients navigating the complexities of anxiety, grief, family issues, relationships and trauma. Are you dealing with the specific challenges of infertility, stress management, or health challenges? I provide a participatory, affirming space where you can feel truly heard.

Great to meet you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult transitions. My mission is to help you recognize the tools you already possess while discovering new ones to build your personal 'Wellbeing Toolbox.' Together we can make a positive impact to begin making life easier.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and solution-oriented, utilizing evidence-based practices like SFBT and ACT to help you move from surviving to thriving. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide you with practical, evidence-based strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Unsure what these mean? That is okay, together you and I will make a plan that works for your unique story.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, affirmed, encouraged and strengthened to handle day-to-day challenges, from day one. If you have not yet experienced therapy, just know that you being here is a huge first step and I will be guiding you.
