Great to meet you!

I've always been fascinated by what makes us who we are, our inner worlds, our relationships, and the big questions we wrestle with. From a young age, I found myself drawn to psychology and philosophy, often reading about human behavior and meaning long before I knew I would become a therapist. What began as a passion for understanding people grew into a deep desire to help others navigate their own struggles, questions, and growth. Existential ideas; freedom, responsibility, purpose; have shaped how I think about healing and change. Becoming a mental health provider felt like a natural extension of my curiosity, empathy, and commitment to walking with people through life’s most important challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is shaped by my core values of empathy, collaboration, and holistic healing. I believe every individual’s journey is unique and that understanding their experiences within the context of relationships and environment is crucial. I prioritize creating a nonjudgmental, safe space where clients feel heard and supported. Respect and trust guide every interaction, fostering a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to make meaningful changes.

I also emphasize the significance of family dynamics in shaping mental and emotional well-being. By viewing clients as part of a larger system, I help them explore how their relationships influence their behaviors and emotions. This understanding allows us to identify patterns, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthier coping strategies. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in achieving personal growth, emotional resilience, and lasting healing, empowering them to lead more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. You’ll gain clarity on the patterns that are holding you back and learn practical tools to create healthier responses and boundaries. Our work together will help you navigate anxiety, conflict, and life transitions with more confidence and emotional freedom. By exploring your family dynamics and how they shape your present, you’ll feel empowered to make intentional choices and build stronger, more authentic connections.
