Great to meet you!
I've always been fascinated by what makes us who we are, our inner worlds, our relationships, and the big questions we wrestle with. From a young age, I found myself drawn to psychology and philosophy, often reading about human behavior and meaning long before I knew I would become a therapist. What began as a passion for understanding people grew into a deep desire to help others navigate their own struggles, questions, and growth. Existential ideas; freedom, responsibility, purpose; have shaped how I think about healing and change. Becoming a mental health provider felt like a natural extension of my curiosity, empathy, and commitment to walking with people through life’s most important challenges.
