My approach to therapy

Dr. Vallejo uses an integrative approach to treatment, encompassing evidence-based, multiculturally informed methods, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based interventions.
