Great to meet you!

E.L.L.A. Therapy & Wellness, we believe that healing begins when you feel safe enough to be your full self—and empowered enough to grow beyond what’s held you back. Founded by Letitia V. Haywood, LCSW, LCAC, C-IAYT, E.L.L.A. is a trauma-informed, holistic therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, emotional wounds, and the journey back to wholeness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Letitia brings deep compassion and cultural humility to her work with adults across diverse background. Her approach integrates mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, ACT, EFT, traditional yoga practices, somatic awareness, and evidence-based strategies to support healing from the inside out.

The E.L.L.A. practice is a fully virtual practice, offering Telehealth/Online sessions only throughout Florida and Indiana so you can meet from the comfort of your own home. I have availability during weekdays in the evenings and on weekends.

What you can expect from our first session

At E.L.L.A., our work is rooted in the belief that when you’re given space to express, supported in letting go, grounded in self-love, and aligned with awareness—you rise.
