Great to meet you!
I work best with adolescents, college students, and adults who are ready to better understand their mental health and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, mood changes, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting high-achieving individuals, healthcare professionals, students, parents, and creatives who may appear successful on the outside while silently struggling with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or self-doubt.
My ideal clients are looking for a provider who is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. They want a space where they can openly discuss what they are experiencing without judgment while also receiving clear guidance, education, and evidence-based treatment options. Many are seeking not only symptom relief, but also improved confidence, emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a better quality of life.
At this time, I do not provide ongoing treatment for ADHD requiring stimulant medications, as my current practice model does not allow for the consistent in-person visits and monitoring that stimulant prescribing may require. However, I am happy to support individuals experiencing concerns with focus, attention, anxiety, stress, or executive functioning through comprehensive evaluation, non-stimulant treatment approaches when appropriate, and referrals for specialized ADHD testing or stimulant management when needed.
I especially value working with individuals from diverse and underserved backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive care that recognizes the impact of life experiences, identity, stress, and systemic barriers on mental health and overall wellness.
