Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience, I specialize in supporting young adults, college students, and women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My practice is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and understood.

I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University, where I cultivated a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep passion for helping others thrive.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading women’s anger management groups, offering guidance and support to college students, and providing counseling to underserved populations—experiences that have deepened my empathy and broadened my understanding of the unique challenges individuals face.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate and empowering space where you can explore the deeper layers of your experiences—those that often lie beneath the surface and shape how you show up in the world. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, and solution-focused strategies, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're seeking clarity in your relationships, strength through a transition, or spiritual guidance through Christian counseling, I’m here to walk alongside you. My mission is to help you better understand yourself, uncover your inner resilience, and cheer you on as you thrive.

I currently offer telehealth sessions, making therapy accessible and convenient for your lifestyle.

Let’s work together to help you win at life—one step, one breakthrough, one victory at a time.
