Great to meet you!

You've Been Strong for Everyone Else-Now It's Your Turn

For the past 18 years, I've worked with adults who are carrying more than most people around them know. If you're the one everyone leans on, the high-achiever who looks put-together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, or someone who has been strong for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to just exhale, you're in the right place.

As a Black therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work. Whether you're navigating anxiety that won't quiet, grief that hasn't had space, a relationship that's draining you, or a life transition that has left you feeling stuck, you don't have to have it figured out before you begin.

Wherever you're starting from, meaningful support is available, and you deserve to be the one receiving it for a change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in what actually works for your life. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief

Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, not as a rigid formula, but as a flexible set of tools we use based on what you need. In our sessions, you'll find a therapist who

listens without judgment, validates what you've been through, and asks the questions that help you see your situation differently. We balance self-compassion with

accountability: honoring where you've been while building real strategies to move forward with more confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. You don't need a polished story or the right words, just come as you are. We'll talk through what's been

weighing on you, what prompted you to reach out now, and what you're hoping will feel different in your life. From there, we'll start to identify patterns, uncover

strengths you may have lost sight of, and build goals that fit your actual life. This is your space, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
