Great to meet you!

You've Been Strong for Everyone Else-Now It's Your Turn

For the past 18 years, I’ve helped individuals build resilience, regain confidence, and create meaningful change. If you’re the person everyone relies on but rarely asks for help, the high-achiever who looks successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, or someone who has lost their motivation, confidence, or sense of direction, you’re not alone.

Maybe your mind never seems to shut off. Perhaps you’re constantly overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling emotionally exhausted, navigating a difficult relationship, carrying the weight of past experiences, or facing a life transition that has left you feeling stuck. You may know what needs to change but feel unsure how to move forward.

At Dwell Ase' Counseling and Consultation, LLC, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, navigating a major life change, rebuilding your confidence, or simply wanting more from life than just getting through the day, meaningful change is possible and the support you need is just an email away.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I strive to create a space where you can be honest about what you're carrying without fear of judgment. You'll find a therapist who listens deeply, validates your experiences, and offers genuine support, while also asking thoughtful questions that encourage growth and new perspectives. Together, we'll balance self-compassion with accountability, honoring your experiences while helping you build the confidence and tools needed to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what’s been weighing on you, what’s bringing you to therapy now, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

Together, we’ll talk through your concerns, identify what feels most important, and create goals that fit your life and needs. Along the way, we'll begin uncovering strengths you may have lost sight of, exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and finding practical strategies to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

My role is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard and understood while helping you discover new perspectives and meaningful ways to move forward. Wherever you're starting from, you don't have to do it alone, this is a place where your story matters.
