I work with people who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — especially women navigating trauma, addiction, or relationships that have left them questioning their own footing. I’m an LCSW and Master’s Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) with over 20 years in behavioral health, including leading a multi-site inpatient unit supporting individuals through serious mental illness and substance use. Now I’m bringing that same depth of care into private practice. I’m licensed in Florida and Massachusetts, and I’d love to connect — does this sound like a fit for you?

I specialize in trauma, substance use, and domestic violence, and I’m trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. EMDR in particular has become a powerful part of how I help clients move through experiences that talk therapy alone hasn’t fully reached. I tailor each approach to the person in front of me rather than a one-size-fits-all method.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy. I meet you where you are — no judgment, no pressure to perform — while gently helping you build the confidence and resilience to move forward. Many of my clients are juggling a lot: work, family, faith, recovery, healing from harm. I bring 20+ years of clinical experience and genuine warmth to that work, so you don’t have to do it alone.
