Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Fordham University graduate with experience supporting clients in juvenile detention centers and mental health settings. I help high-functioning adults and young professionals manage anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and authenticity. My approach blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a warm, culturally responsive space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on your unique story. I view therapy as a partnership where we explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we’ll focus on reducing overthinking, strengthening boundaries, and creating a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your background, current stressors, and goals. This is your space to share your experiences and what you hope to gain. My goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and supported as we begin this work together.
