Great to meet you!

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. Taking the first step toward emotional wellness takes courage, and I am here to support you each step of the way. I have had the privilege of working with unhoused individuals and families, which has shaped my belief in the resilience and strength within every person. This experience has reinforced my purpose-driven approach to therapy and my commitment to walking alongside individuals as they move toward emotional wellness, stability, and recovery. In therapy, I offer structured goal-setting tools and strategies that align with your time constraints, level of motivation, and personal priorities. We will work collaboratively to identify what brings you joy, clarify your values, and set realistic goals that move you toward the life you want. I also emphasize self-care and balance, helping you understand what you need emotionally, mentally, and physically to thrive.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-focused therapist who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. My approach is goal-oriented, strength-based, and centered on helping you discover practical strategies that foster clarity, resilience, and forward momentum. By combining the future-oriented nature of Solution-Focused Therapy with the skill-building tools of CBT, I provide a balance of immediate coping strategies and long-term personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be warm, welcoming, and structured. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful as we begin exploring your needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will identify where you want to focus and how we can move toward positive change
